RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Instead of returning the product, you can contact us at nineballcases@gmail.com for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter emphasis on sustainability. Every single return is equivalent to carbon footprints which are bad for the environment. Therefore, you can contact us and we’ll be in full support of your problems. Please tell us the reason for the problem and send as much details (Pictures or Videos). We will do our best to assess the problem as soon as possible so you can get your money back in full right away. Hopefully, after you can donate it to your nearest charity or recycle it.
Conditions of Refunds
- Customers must contact us at nineballcases@gmail.com within 30 days of item arrival to obtain the full refund. Anything after will result in no refunds.
- Customers must send pictures or videos of the defect, damage, or any problem with the product to obtain a full refund. We are fully entitled whether the genuine proof will be accepted for the full refund.
- If you want a replacement, please state that in your email. We will let you know once we can get you a replacement.
